A raised gangway runs along the Ampola Lake’s shores and crosses a unique environment, which gives shelter to many bird, reptile and amphibian species, surrounded by the typical vegetation of lake environments. At the visitor center of the Ampola Lake Provincial Nature Reserve you will discover the secrets of the lake, of its inhabitants and of its special natural features. The area and its visitor center offer you the opportunity to observe and listen to an always evolving environment holding ‘fragile’ and fascinating treasures from the animal and plant world.
Opening hours: from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm; closed on Mondays
